Release of credit file to 3th parties by employer

Hey all! I friend of mine who works for a consulting firm showed me this document her employer wants her to sign. It includes consent for release of credit file information to the employer, which is OK, but then in the next paragraph states that that information can by supplied to yet other 3rd parties at any time as the employer sees fit. I dont see that this is permissible use under the FCRA Section 604. Here is the verbage from the document: I hereby request and authorize any and all parties possessing information concerning me, my employment history, criminal history, credit history, driving history, military history, and education history, to release such information to Compuware Corporation, Pinkerton, or any other investigative agency contracted by Compuware (referred to collectively as the "Recipients"), and I hereby release any providers of such information from any and all liability for providing the same. I understand that if I work for Compuware in any capacity (for example, as an employee or independent contractor), that such work may involve my performing services for clients of Compuware at such clients’ offices. I agree and consent to the release and disclosure of any and all such background information by any of the Recipients to any such client of Compuware for which I am working or for which my services are ever considered. In the event of such a disclosure, I agree that the term “Recipients” shall also include all such clients. What are your thoughts on this? Is this permissible use?
