On the dates, I'm certain. My others will all be past SOL in May. They have not threatened any legal action, but they did offer a reduced settlement. About 50% but still miles above my head. I responded with a validation letter. Now I regret that since they know I'm still around. I should have filed BK years ago, but was ashamed. Instead, I followed my brothers advice. He's a high risk loan officer, and knows his stuff. He recommended saving to pay off the debts "paid as agreed" since I was so opposed to BK. Right now I get $175 a week and can't lift more than 40 lbs. My basic living expenses are nearly $1000. I have some college, but the best I can hope to earn anytime soon is maybe $400 a week. The local BK attourneys charge at least $1000. Jeff
