My BK was filed 4-2002 and discharged 8-2002. If I surrender this car, what do you think they will report on my CR? Will I have a repo on top of the BK? How is it going to affect my scores?
Can they report the DOLA as of when I surrender the car?

Also, where to get a decebt loan with my 574 FICO and the co signer 720 FICO (no derogs, no lates)and the 25% down payment on the car?
