I found the following about CAMCO from the Kaulkin Ginsberg Company's Spring 2002 Newsletter:

"Finally, on March 6th (2002), CAMCO, a Sycamore, IL based debt purchasing and collection agency, merged with XYZ Venture Partners, LLC, an early-stage investment firm. The owners of CAMCO, Eric Woldoff and Reese Waugh, will serve on the Board of XYZ Venture Partners. We anticipate additional investment firms will seek opportunities in the debt purchasing and collection industry due to the significant returns that can be realized from these investments."
