Chapter 13 question

Trying to get as much info as I can. If you are contemplating Chapter 13 and all debt is unsecured expect for a loan from a fiance company with household goods that is securing it like TV, VCR etc totaling about 4,000 and the loan is 15,000, is it possible to use that loan in a Chapter 13? I have been reading that a Chapter 13 is for unsecured debt. But if I was willing to surrender all the goods if it can be included can that be done? Just wondering. Thanks
