I got in touch with Discover, who told me that they had already handed me over to an attorney. I talked with a paralegal from the attorneys office and she said that they hadn't started the litigation process. After talking with her for about 30 minutes, they finally agreed to make payment arrangements in the amount of $300.00 a month. If I pay every month on time, they won't take any action against me. They're also not charging interest, late or over the limit fees. So, as long as I make the payments on time, I guess everything has worked out the way I hoped. I've also made arrangements to pay the rest of my bills. Thanks for all your help, I was totally scared and freaking out, and you all helped me to go in the right direction. Thanks so much again!!
