Thanks for responding -- believe it or not I actually called court clerk-- they refused to discuss ""geez I'm the defendant aren't I "" , she said she's precluded from discussing anything, even verifying if it exists. Yes there is a Consumer credit transaction , INDEX NUMBER: FILE # NO 564875 <<< not actual # of course .
