Creditor harassing my minor daughter???

I am leasing a computer and about 1.5 mns late almost 2 mns, anyway their credit guy, continually calls my job, i told him to stop, but he doesn't, he has also gone to my home and insisted that my daughter call me at work, so he can talk to me, he's told her if i don't go by to make a pmt "he'll be back at 3:00 to pick up the computer". My daughter is a minor, and i have told him this, I told him to quit threating her and he said he has a right to talk to her, is he within his rights to do all this?? Can he just come into my home or does he have to take me to court 1st??? It'll be another couple of weeks b4 i can catch up with the pmts, but since i've already paid so much into it, i don't just want to give it back, what can i do?? I live in Calif.
