I don't know what happens with local leases like this but I'm fairly certain that this slimeball cannot just come to your home and take the computer out of your house. Since the computer is IN your home, they can't just come waltzing in to take it, its not like a car repo where they can grab it wherever they find it. IF he comes to your door to take the pc and tries to enter, call the police and have the jerk arrested for tresspassing.

No one has ANY right to threaten a minor child.. call the police and file a complaint. If he comes to your home when your daughter is there and you are not, then I'd make darn sure that your daughter doesn't open the door, doesn't acknowledge he's there. If he shows up again, have her call you and call the police on him.

Can you give this jerk any kind of small payment to show good faith in bringing the account up to date ?
