Yep FHA is good. 12 months clean and continuous history. Pay all collections and judgements and stuffies. 3% down. When you are ready see if they have an ameridream program in your area which they probably will. This is FHA driven only the seller will pay your down payment if they agree. We used it and had our seller pay the 3% down and $2500 toward closing coss. We close in 20 days. woohoo. A year ago scores in the low 400s. Now mid 600s and TU is over 700.
