I have a hearing coming up in which the items they are trying to sue me on were repossessed.I have enough info to get the case dismissed but I'm missing one thing.Proof that it was repossessed.The cfinance company says it never repossessed and I never even had any paperwork stating it was.What should I do?The SOL has run out if I can prove it was repoed among other things but will the judge believe me or them?HELP!I'm in Ohio ny the way.
