Do you have any one besides yourself who knows for a fact that the items were repossessed? Do you remember enough details about the repossession, and the aftermath to prepare a full sworn affadavit? If so, get the other person or people to prepare sworn affadavits as well, and present them at your hearing.You say the finance co. has no record of the rpo, were THEY the ones who did it? Or the original vendor.?
