I bought a dell computer back in 1999, After paying on it for so long I decided to check to balance to my surprise it was still over $2,000.. So I check with Dell and they tell me that I signed a contract for $4,000 which I know I didnt. Of course I cant find my copy and Dell after many attempts tell me there faxing it I never get it at all. I think they dont want me to see it. What do you think I should do? I've already let the account go bad for 6 Months now.
