You could also try KnowX, an information database which is now a subsidiary of Choicepoint. http://www.knowx.com It is fee based, but very nominal fees and quite powerful, allowing an all-states search for judgments and lawsuits. WhyChat is right, check your county records too, but this is a good place to start to make sure you aren't being sued out of venue. -ET
