If the creditor wins in Ohio, and decides to garnish your ages, they must first domesticate the judgment to Az. prior to garnishing. That can be expensive and time consuming. Not saying they won't do so {garnish} but, a judgment on your credit report will hurt you for a lot of years. This is a good time to see if you can settle.
