My point was not to start wwlll,but to simply point out that any businessperson, even a creditor, may hire people whose actions they would not tolerate if they knew about them.

If you see someone disobeying the law, and possibly endangering ANYONE, much less your own child, it is your respnsibility to file charges and make sure they are stopped.

Debt collectors are usually people who have a LOT of personal problems themselves, and I am reasonably sure that your computer sales company does not check backgrounds for their hiring.
