I am sure our experts will give you detailed explanation regarding age/credit score etc. Before you sign anything, you might consider two things:
a/ Are you absolutely sure that to transfer your credit card debts from 5.75/14.65% to a 15% loan is a good idea? Instead of paying back $1100 with these rates, paying back $3000 with higher interest?
b/ There are hundreds types of low interest loans for any kind of education, classes, training. Maybe to look around for one?
