Do you have any room on that 5.75% cc to pay for the real estate course. For goodness sake, don't roll 5.75% into anything higher. Also, the difference between 14.75% and 15% just doesn't seem to be worth fooling with unless, you can use the zero balance on that card to start lobbying the cc company for a teaser bt rate and a much lower permanent rate. Just be careful and pay attention to the cost of money. You should have that 5.75% jammed to the credit limit. Speaking of which, could you get a cl increase on that card?

FICO and BEACON are both alogrithim based credit scoring models with similar characteristics but, they are different animals.
