well im not an expert by a long shot but wanted to give you a bit of info since you seem stressed about this & honestly i dont blame ya cause i would be too .. ok iowa's SOL on open accounts ( credit cards ) is 5 years & the SOL starts depending on the state either when the account 1st became deliquent OR the date of last activity on the card meaning when you used the card last .. you should pull all 3 credit reports to see what the dates show on them & also if you have any old statements showing when the accounts 1st became late that would help provide the dates claiming SOL also .. im sorry i cant provide you with more solid facts cause i know thats what your looking for but im sure whychat or others will be able to give you much better info than i am .. i hope i helped maybe some .. goodluck , kelly ..........
