Okay, go to legal aid in your area. They should be in your phone book. They can write your answer for you. Take you old credit reports and show them to the lawyer or paralegal that does the work. This is the key:

We have older copies of our reports that show different dates of last activity with our original creditor. They older report also shows that we were six months deliquent on the accounts before the date of last activity.

That first judge had a screw loose! What does he think the SOL is for? All you credit reports will show how many collection agencies have had this debt. The date it was purchased has nothing to do with the date the SOL starts. Some judges amaze me.
