Judgement pay off

I have a judgement against me. I want to pay this off. I called the CA and told them i would pay a certasin amount each month, they agreed. should i have this in writing? I also want them not to touch my checking account at least not a freeze, is there a way i can have them write a contract so as long as payment is recieved they will not freeze my checking account? or what is a good way to go about this?
