Is there a cutoff amount when credit card companies decide to sue you? For example if you only owe $2343. Is that enough money for them to even consider suing you? How much does the debt have to be? I heard that anything less than $2000 they don't sue you because it's too much trouble also they have to pay lawyer dues and stuff like that. Can anyone please answer my question.
Thank you
