Ive read Little Timmy's posting and it is remarkably like my situation.Like you recomended to him, I went to your site.The only Texas thing was where you have all the states listed.I clicked on Texas and it gave me a 'lawyer advice page'and the 'state legislature page' I didn't see anything pertaining to Sears specificaly.I hate to kick a dead horse and I would think that you might get fed up with seemingly helpless people like me, but i've spent many hours scouring your page and all the links,and the links from those links to be sure I wasn't overlooking something before i bothered you again with my ineptitude.Can you please tell me where I might be going wrong with this search.From what you wrote to Timmy I thought there would be info on Sears from the Texas link.. Thank you very much for your time and effort..realy thanx
