It was "Russ Whitney's Free Seminar" to get rich quick by investing Real Estate. The reason I am posting to this forum is because they went over how to improve your credit rating for about 30 minutes. What they said to do was to save up between 500 and 1000 dollars, deposit it into a savings account into Bank #1. Pull out a passbook loan for the same $1000 and then take that money and goto bank #2. Put the $1000 into a savings account and then pullout passbook loan #2. Take that $1000 and pay off the loan from bank #1. Then you will be eligible for a signature loan for $5000. Anyone know is this works or what exactly this is? I've never heard of a passbook or signature loan.
