The same loan officer calls me back and says that the minimum beacon for 15%, I think I said this in the earlier post, is 670. He said my beacon of 636 is close but he couldn't get it approved. Sooo, everything happens for a reason. I guess I'll just pay my debt off as soon as I can and save up for real estate school...
