I do not believe they can freeze your accounts without a court order. They can automatically debit your account for your payments (which is what I am doing for my settlement for Sears) and that leaves a paper trail through the bank and I told them I needed a statement every month for the amount, check # they took out for my records which they are doing. Have some kind of paper trail for your payments for proof incase in the future they say you didn't pay what you really did.
