First of all, go to www.myfico.com for a basic breakdown of how your FICO score is tabulated. I would suggest one problem you have is simply you are very young and as a result,so is your credit history. As your accounts age to the 3 year mark you'll see a bump in your scores. Also, a drag on FICO scores sems to be installment loans from finance companies. Once that ring is paid off, watch doing business with these companies.
