I had a credit card charge off living in Massachusetts the DOI is May 1999....I now live in New Hampshire which has a 3 year sol...If I stay here, does that make me safe from lawsuit starting Nov 2002 (NH law) or am I subject to MA law which is 7 years and puts me to Nov 2006? Even if it is MA regs I fall under, will they bother to sue me? Debt is between $7K and $9K
