What do you think I should do. I applied for a mortgage. I wait a month and they never called back or answered my calls so I went with another. In the extra week it took to get the loan my rate went up 1/8 of a point which would not have happened had the other company gotten back with my denial letter(or any letter). This will cost me over 2k in interest not to mention an extra hard inquiry for 2 years. When I got ahold of them they were quite rude but said they would fax over a deletion letter for the hard inquiry. They never sent it. What would you do?
