EASY Scott-- this grandparent has been through enough grief already. Collection agents are much more difficult for someone who is not used to it to deal with.
However, it is true that any case involving collection agency harrassment of a minor should be dealt with very differently than the usual procedures. Law enforcement MUST be called in on this, it is a SERIOUS offense and for the child's sake must be dealt with immediately.
