I have been trying to make payments but, my husband overtime has been cut alot. I have to pay for busing for my high school student 260.00 for a year and my husband the only working due to someone has to stay home with the younger children. He works days but, whenever overtime is up he works nights. I have already have a court summons on us. And I only pay what I can afford my husband gets paid bi weekly and I spend only 100.00 bi weekly on 6 people. We have tried with the bank with our house to take a loan out on it but, we have only had this house 6 yrs not enough $. My parents have helped me out with school clothes for the kids but, now my father is retiring and he will be getting a 20% cut on his retirement for 6 mos. We have only one car and husband takes it to work. I have only fell behind in credit cards and also on one have gotten a court summons. And I know another coming.
