I live in NY. My van I have 18 mos to pay off and it has 85,000 miles on it. I have borrowed from my husband retirement for some bills and have 2 yrs to pay that. The bank wont give to us because my husband pay check went from 1200.00 with overtime to 940.00 bi weekly (net) . Retirement payments are automatic taken out and a credit union loan too is taken automatic. I have tried the debt places and we are in the minus sign and they want 400.00 a month and we dont have.
