Also, would anyone like to take a shot at any of the following questions? Should I compose a formal Answer or try to be as informal as possible. Would or could the docs I submit cause a bigger problem. Also, if the hearing is not favorable to me, do you think I would have an opportunity to get a continuance for legal representation? If they do enter judgement for the plaintiff on the spot, will I still be able to appeal with legal representation using SOL? Was I correct re: "I know this should be time barred by SOL, but it looks like they are trying to make Exhibit "A" a written contract (10 yr SOL)? Also, as I stated, I have no statements, letters or any other records to prove DOLA. Also pulled Experian CR - this account does not appear, as it shouldn't due to age. All I would have would be their exhibit "C" Statement of Account which lists charge off date of 6/23/1993 which would put DOLA around 01/1993.
