So, in other words, items such as vehicles, houses, land, and any other items bought on secured credit (furniture, computers, etc.) would show up on a report as "assets", not items that are paid for by cash (household items, CDs, DVDs, books, the case of Bud in your fridge, etc.)

Not a dumb question at all. I was wondering too how "assets" are defined in regards to property seized in judgements, bankruptcies, etc.
