My car was repoe'd by TMCC due to pat 60 days payment. OK we messed up, but ! I dug up the 5k I owed, got a certified bank check, fedexed, they recieved... but can't find the check ! Now it's been a run around going on the 2nd week. We initially had to wait a week for a letter, got the "notice to sell.." then I borrowed the cash and sent to them in time when it was impounded before the sale date of 9/14.

- Wife has been in contact, and there is a hold on the r for our check, but we get the run around
- Called AG of my state, they're on it
- Called the Banking Division and spoke to a rep who handle TMCC - and will get back to us tomorrow.

What else can we do ? Is Fedex a legal reciept ? should I borrow more cash for an attorney or would AG continue ? Thanks !
