Florida, as does most States, has in it's Statutes a prohibition against collection on a debt that is illegal or invalid to collect on in the State it orginated in.

There is NO "SOL" involved on an illegal collection account.You can write to the CRA's who are reporting this and dispute it as not valid for the account date, account name and amount as it is a fraudulent account.
