I have also been had by Capital 1st or CFB. I have been fighting with them since June. I have just been informed that I will receive a partial refund of $99.99 with in 30days. The other money they stole will not be refunded and of corse there is no that makes decisions available and no reason why it is OK for them to steal. I have reported them to Master Card, Federal Fraud Division and my Attorney General ( MI).
