It makes no difference when your last payment to ccc was, it makes no difference if Citibank has a branch in Fl.
The collection agency OWNS your account, they BOUGHT it from whoever Citibank sold it to after you defaulted and were charged off.
When was YOUR last payment to Citibank on your account while it was still OPEN.?
