Great, thanks for the clarification. This seems to be a point of contention in other places as well.

The good news for me is that it means the payment and the letter my fiance sent off to CAMCO a year ago did NOT reset the SOL and he can still use the SOL as his defense against these scumbags. There was no 'contract' signed by BOTH he and CAMCO.. whew !!
