Not that I'm as knowledgeable as you or Linda, but is it possible she's judgement proof? She stated that they receive state medical and food stamp.s Maybe each state is different, I know that in Hawaii if you are receiving any state assistance such as food stamps and medical you become judgement proof. Could she use this as a back up defense to the SOL defense? Just trying to help.
