In most States the provision that bars "re-aging" of SOL is found in the statute section called "statute of frauds"
That is also where you find the definitions and restrictions on contracts that prohibit credit cards from being considered as written contracts (useful for those States that have courts and lawyers that do not recognize Federal laws)
