Typical NCO mess there. You could either talk to them when they call again but don't answer any questions, just flat out ask With whom are you speaking and the address. Or you can go to google and type in NCO Group and you'll get an address. They have several branches. I personally would send it to the office they are calling from. Send certified return receipt. They're trying to collect a debt past SOL so I'd send them a cease and dease stating the account is time barred from legal action and be done with them and don't call me again, lol. By passing the validation altogether. Some prefer to do the validation first, but if you're 100% sure it's past SOL, cease em :P If they send you anything or call after you send the cease and desist, sue there pants off. Hope they leave a message on your machine after C&D or send you another letter for the debt and whamo..lawsuit heaven!
