hello whychat , i have a question about all this MBNA binding arbitration stuff .. this has nothing to do with my own dealings with MBNA becouse my chargeoff with them was from august 1998 so im past my 4 yr SOL but im curious about what this is all about .. what exactly is binding arbitration ( i guess some type of mediation ) & ALSO how would that show on the credit reports IF they won their arbitration case AND most importantly does it in ANYWHY effect the rights of a person if they were to file bankruptcy ??? i dont see how the courts could let the banks that pull this get away with it becouse gotta be honest when "most" people sign those applications id bet they dont know what their signing .. thanx in advance , kelly ...........
