yeah i see what you mean , ive been reading about this stuff on google & others & i see its most likely going to make it to the supreme court , i cant see how the banks are gonna get away with pulling off this garbage .. i cant find how "or" if it would effect a person filing BK but hey never know ... bye , kelly ......
