I don't get the SOL thing. Why are attorneys telling people that credit cards are a written contract when the law obviously says the aren't? We presented SOL on the suit filed against us in Feb. 2001 and we lost. We consulted 3 attorneys today on the current lawsuit and all 3 told us that credit cards were written contracts. This is unbelievable. Why-Chat I want to thank you and everyone else for all your help. I don't know what we would do without it.
