hey guys .. gotta be honest here from everything ive read about tila act & EVEN in the nevada state statue it in my opinion states credit cards are legally defined as OPEN ACCOUNTS but when i called the state attorney general's office up in lasvegas last week & after them transfering my phone call to about 3 different people in 3 different departments they flat out told me in nevada credit card accounts are WRITTEN ACCOUNTS & quite honestly maybe im lost but if both the federal law & also nevada state law say there OPEN ACCOUNTS how is this so confusing for AG'S , judges & also MANY different attornies ??? i mean im not stupid BUT im far from the brightest girl around either so if IM understanding both federal & nevada state laws correctly why in the world arn't all the so called experts , arn't judges & state attornies suppost to know this ??? well i dont know but honestly i dont get it cause seems like alot of people are running into this debate once they hit court on whether credit cards are defined as written OR open accounts ... ugh !! i need a drink lol .. bye , kelly .........
