Hello I am new so I tried to see the archive..and well gave up. My spouse and I did a 13 about 3 years ago...then well I will not go into why....we decided to have it dismissed not discharged....does the clock start over for the 7 years? We have creditors out the wazooooo from 7 years now coming back...or do you recommend a 7 and just start over?
