i have a paid medical collection sent nutcase no response just noticed this moring on EQ CW it says Acct type: open account
HC/CL $227
Date Opened: not on record
Date of last activity : nov 98 bal: $0
current status 120 + days past due if i have paid this it should not be listed as an open account Right?
so it is innaccurate
dont they have to post the date it was late?
i have disputed with cra as innacurate never a collection account and it came back verified
any suggestions on what to do now?
