Stopping CA harrassment for a 'commercial' account ?

I know this forum is for CONSUMER debt, I'm just asking if anyone has come across or knows anything about the federal or state laws that would stop extreme harrassment from a CA on a commercial account. This scumbag is threatening to fax private account details to everyone he can find that is associated with the account holder. He has already given private details to several of this person's co-workers.

This HAS to be illegal somehow, even under privacy violations ???
