I also have medical collection bills that are listed on my credit report, I live in fl and they are in va, do they still have a right to list and collect on these debts, I have tried to dispute with credit reports, keep coming back vertifed, I think they are just matching ss #'s. I am now going to go after them, I would pay them since they are so small, one listed is just for 12.00. but they will not remove them from my report.Just want to know the above question, since maybe I have something else to go after them.
